Welcome! Danznik Studios is a social & ballroom dance studio in Midtown NYC. Here you’ll find a community of dancers across all levels and various styles including Ballroom & Latin, West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Brazilian Zouk, and Argentine Tango.

Our services include:

  • Wedding Dance Lessons: Build your picture-perfect wedding dance with an experienced dance instructor. Learn more.
  • Group Classes: Take classes ranging from beginner to advanced across multiple styles.
  • Private Lessons: Personalized coaching with a world-class instructor, whether you’re learning how to dance or aspire to be a high-level competitor.
  • Practice Space: On-demand floor space to practice solo or with a partner, fully available during operating hours.
  • Dance Socials & Parties: We host some of NYC’s best social dance parties. Make friends and dance all night!
  • Studio Rentals: Two studio rooms and ballroom available for rent.

I’m so glad I found Danznik Studios – it was such a great experience! From entering the lobby, which is beautiful, to the modern & clean bathrooms to the studio with its state of the art sound & technology! But maybe most importantly, Lola was SO nice and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Every time I walk around this place, especially after attending many dance studios in New York City for many years now, the warm interior design and smart use of space always brings me an extra sense of Joy here💯. The energy Nikolai has carefully curated makes every dance better. Thank you for all the amazing things you think of.. from the easy to use sound systems to all the fresh flowers!

I came to this studio without knowing anyone as I have been at so many studios from Montreal to NYC and studying ballroom and salsa competition and performance after dancing for so long. I met Anton Domansky at Danznik by chance and his determination to be great has changed my whole life. I want to dance all the time! His compassionate teaching along with rigorous training and a willingness to be a team keeps me going and even though I was injured he also knows about bodies changing and is patient. He is one of the most dedicated people on the planet and a beautiful Argentine Tango teacher (his favorite). Studying with him has been such a joy to date. I cant say enough about Anton! Join their team especially Anton!

Danznik is easily the most remarkable dance space/studio I have EVER worked in and with. The studio physical space is large, gorgeous, is kept spotless and well-managed. There is space free for private lessons whenever the studio is open, even when the entire studio is rented out! They have to run a business but are incredibly accommodating to their teachers, to clients rehearsing, and to private instructors. It is remarkably and truly an inclusive, supportive family. Flexible, they make things work whenever there is any issue. The staff is supportive, positive, and a quite literally a joy to work with. The management and owners are accessible, friendly, and deftly adapt to the ever changing market while continuing to offer core courses and support (to all us OGs) Thank you, Nikolai and John.

A very special, beautiful studio with top of the line instructors. Lessons are professionally taught by Pros with a solid background career in Ballroom/Latin dancing along with guest instructors for other types of dance programs.
