When will the gift card be delivered?
You choose the delivery date during purchase using a calendar picker. Send it immediately or schedule it for a future date, perfect for birthdays, holidays, or anniversaries. Digital certificates are emailed with beautiful presentation. Physical cards can be picked up at either studio location.
Can I get a physical gift card?
Yes! Physical gift cards are available at no additional charge. You can pick them up at either our NYC Midtown or Westchester studio location. All gift cards include digital delivery via email as well.
How long are gift cards valid?
All gift certificates are valid for 9 years from the date of purchase, giving recipients plenty of time to schedule and enjoy their lessons.
Can gift cards be used for any service?
Yes! Gift cards can be used toward private lessons, group classes, wedding dance packages, social dance lessons, ProAm training, or any service we offer. Total flexibility.
Can I personalize the gift card?
Absolutely! During purchase, you can add a personalized message that appears on the gift certificate. Make it special for your recipient.
What if the recipient wants to use it for a service that costs more?
No problem! The gift card value applies toward the total cost, and the recipient simply pays the difference. For example, a $250 gift card can be used toward a $750 wedding dance package.
Can gift cards be combined?
Yes! Multiple gift cards can be combined toward a single service or package.
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift card purchases are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a different recipient if needed. The 9-year validity period provides ample time for use.
How does the recipient book their lessons?
Recipients simply contact us by phone or email with their gift card code. We’ll help them choose the perfect dance style, instructor, and schedule that works for them.
