Soul Sunday: West Coast Swing Social

A monthly West Coast Swing experience! Featuring special learning opportunities and an early-evening social featuring R&B, Motown, and Swing with DJ Festa and some of your favorite popular hits with DJ Snail.

• 3:00–5:00pm – WCS Beginner Boot Camp with Jes Ann (separately ticketed)
• 4:00–5:00pm – Open Practice (included with Social admission) 
• 5:00–7:00pm – Soul Sunday with DJ John Festa
• 7:00–8:00pm – Soul Sunday with DJ Jes Ann (Snail)
• 6:00–7:00pm – Danznik Instructors available for $10 for 10’s (Quick Feedback/Tuneup Sessions) sign up in person!
• 7:00–8:00pm – Special opportunity! Limited spots available with John Festa for $10 for 10’s (sign up sheet at social) 

Class Descriptions

3:00pm Beginner Boot Camp

Launch into West Coast Swing in an all-inclusive boot camp. Go from zero experience to a strong foundation with expert instruction in just two hours. You will learn the basics and fundamentals of West Coast Swing, with ample time for practice and application. For the best preparation before Level 2, take the Beginner Boot Camp twice, or pair it with a month of our Level 1 classes. No partner or experience needed.

4:00pm Open Practice 

Join the WCS Community for a self-guided practice. Work on your dancing, incorporate drills, and hang out before Soul Sunday. Recommended for WCS dancers at Level 2 or above.
