Sean Lama

Sean Lama is a professional ballroom dancer born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Starting with International Latin at 8 years old, Sean has also trained in the American Rhythm and Smooth disciplines. In 2018 Sean graduated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School with an excellence in the Arts diploma and winning multiple awards for his prowess in Modern dance and Ballet. As of 2022 Sean has graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baruch College with a degree in Industrial Psychology, with a focus on the study of learning techniques. Still an active competitor Sean competes around the country and internationally and is one of the US’ top up-and-coming dancers.
