Latin Drills with Sean Lama
Latin Drills is an advanced beginner class that focuses on engraining technical fundamentals into the body to prepare for more advanced concepts and figures. Participants will develop a repertoire of exercises to build coordination and mechanics, which they are encouraged to adopt into their regular practice.
Students can do solo work (i.e. basic exercises, advanced combinations, etc.) or work with their fellow students (figures, partnering skills, etc.)
This class is ideal taken in conjunction with students currently active or considering private lessons. The goal of this class is to create a structure of movement which focuses on clear and approachable technique and to develop key skills as part of muscle memory.
