American Rhythm with Talia Barrington

This class is open to students at all levels and focuses on basic steps in several of the American Rhythm dances: Cha Cha, Rumba, East Coast Swing, Bolero and Mambo. Students will explore basic steps and exercises to stay fit and learn techniques to properly use their bodies on and off the dance floor. Our Community Classes aim to provide even more affordable options to our students and the general community at large.
