Join us every Monday at Danznik NYC for comprehensive Tango & Milonga classes led by Jon Tariq. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or looking to enhance your skills, our range of group classes will take you from the basic elements to the advanced techniques in Argentine Tango, Milonga, and Vals. No partner or experience needed to get started!

SCHEDULE
• 7-8pm Absolute Beginner Tango
• 8-9pm Intermediate/Advanced Tango
• 9-9:30pm Milonga/Vals
• 9:30-10pm Guided Practica

COURSE CONTENT
Expect plenty of personal attention as we cover all Tango basic elements like the embrace, concept of lead and follow, cross and parallel walk systems, and more. Each class starts with an exercise and includes playful steps and improvisational techniques, tailored to be used on the social dance floor. A syllabus will be provided at your first beginner’s class. Recommended footwear is leather sole shoes (no sneakers or platform shoes).

• Drop-In Class: $25
• Drop-In 2 Classes: $45 ($40 for college students)
• Monthly Pass, 1 Class (4 weeks, 4 hours): $90
• Monthly Pass, 2 Classes (4 weeks, 8 hours): $150 ($100 for college students)
