  • I’m new to your studio. How do I get started?

    We recommend that new students begin with our introductory package. This package is priced at just $99 and offers a range of benefits. It includes a one-hour private lesson, a studio tour, and two complimentary group classes. Additionally, you will receive a free consultation, over the phone or in-person, where we can discuss your preferred dance styles and goals. This package is good for one person or a couple.

  • How do I register for classes and lessons?

  • What is a membership?

    To use our studio, you need to become a free registered member first. As a registered member, you have access to the studio and all its amenities, and you can use all our services at regular price.

    But if you’re looking to save, consider upgrading to a paid membership! It’s only $49 a year for Amateur clients. As a paid member, you’ll get everything a registered member gets, but with a 20% discount on all our services (except private lessons).

  • What is a practice session?

    Great, you’ve begun your lessons and classes and you’re learning some exciting new moves and techniques! But remember, practice is key to perfecting those moves. Many of our students take advantage of our practice sessions to refine their skills right here in our studio.

    Each practice sessions come in 45 minutes increments, and you can purchase and schedule your session on the website or at the front desk.

  • What is a private lesson?

    If you’re looking to learn dance quickly and effectively, private lessons are the way to go. With these lessons, you’ll get undivided attention from your teacher and a lesson plan that’s tailored just for you – suiting your skill level, abilities, and schedule. Whether you’re flying solo or with a partner, private lessons are a great fit.

  • What is a group class?

    If you’re looking for a fun and budget-friendly way to kickstart your dance journey, our group classes are just the thing for you. Whether you want to try a new dance style or boost your private lessons, our group classes have got you covered. We offer classes in all dance styles, along with fitness classes, belly dancing, and even some special events. The best part? You don’t need a partner to join!

  • What is a social?

    Our socials are a great way to meet new people and practice those new dance moves you learned in your lessons and in class. Our weekly socials has a DJ, dance hosts and snacks! You can dance for around 4-5 hours in a fun, party atmosphere.

  • What types of dances do you teach?

    Whether you’re a fan of American Style or International Style ballroom dancing, we’ve got you covered!

    In American Style, we teach waltz, foxtrot, Viennese waltz, tango, rumba, mambo, swing, cha-cha, and bolero. If International Style is more your groove, you can learn waltz, foxtrot, tango, Viennese waltz, quickstep, cha-cha, rumba, samba, paso doble, and jive.

    But that’s not all. We also offer lessons in salsa, bachata, merengue, hustle, west coast swing, east coast swing, Argentine Tango, and many other styles. Whatever your dance preference, we’ve got a class that will get you moving!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please cancel within 24 hours by contacting us.

  • What clothing and shoes should I wear?

    Dress comfortably for your dance lessons – pick clothes that let you move freely. While not a must, we recommend dance shoes with suede soles. They really can enhance your dance experience. If you need more info or shoe recommendations, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help!

  • I'm getting married. How can I get started with my dance prep?

  • What if I want to compete?

    Fantastic! You’re definitely in the right spot. We have a thriving ProAm community, and our professional teachers frequently compete alongside their students. Some of our students also compete as couples. We regularly host coaching days and workshops led by world-class instructors. Our team will support you every step of the way, from training and coaching, to entering competitions and even choosing the right costume. Ready to get started?   • What is DanzPass?

    DanzPasses are your ticket to fantastic savings on our Danznik group classes and socials. You can buy these passes in packs of 5 or 10, and they’re valid for a year from the date of purchase. We also have a special Danznik Fitness DanzPass available for our Westchester Zumba and Cardio Tone classes.

    Here’s how it breaks down:

    • Single Group Class or Social: Non-members pay $30, while members only pay $24.

    • 10-Pack DanzPass: Non-members pay $250, but members get a deal at $200.

    • 5-Pack DanzPass: Non-members pay $125, while members can get it for $100.

    • 10-Pack Fitness DanzPass: It’s $150 for non-members, but members only pay $120.

  • Can I rent the studio for private events or practice sessions?
