In this class, we will develop the topic of the day in a progressive manner, first studying its basic elements and then moving to a more complex version. We will explore all technical aspects, focusing on creating muscle memory, floor navigation, musicality and adaptability to different bodies and spaces. Class is suitable for everyone interested in learning, reinforcing and solidifying fundamental concepts towards improving the quality of your dance.
